Caelum has over 12 years of experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, including hospital rehabilitation, private practice and within GP clinics. Drawing on his professional and personal experience with invisible illness, he started Lofty Health and Wellness to provide allied health services specialising in helping people with:

  • Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome / orthostatic intolerance (POTS / OI).

  • Myalgic encephalomyelitis / chronic fatigue syndrome (ME / CFS).

  • Ehlers-Danlos syndromes / hypermobility spectrum disorders (EDS / HSD).

  • Fibromyalgia, small fibre neuropathy and chronic pain.

  • Post-acute COVID syndrome (PASC) / long COVID and other post-viral syndromes.

  • Other types of dysautonomia and invisible illness.

Personally, Caelum enjoys spending time with his family - wife, Molly and their 2 young children. He’s always had a passion for being active - running and playing football for many years with Norwood and Lobethal. Injury, orthostatic intolerance (OI) and fatigue forced him to choose a different form of physical activity. He now enjoys mountain biking, bush walking and gardening.

This personal experience has shaped Caelum’s passion to help other people who are living with dysautonomia and invisible illnesses. He aims to provide an empathetic, understanding and personalised approach to every patient. Empowering them with strategies, lifestyle changes and movement plans to manage their condition.
